There seems to be a bug that is introduced with infinite ammo cheat.

Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1.

Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.

Use the video during the Weapon / Gear modification process, Mod Weapons / Gear only using -change Equipment. Option Parts can only be changed and not added. You cannot add option parts to items that have no option parts. Perk #4 is hidden and wont show up, the bonus will still be added to your Char!
